I am the Founder of theHelping U Excel Clinic. I am a Therapeutic Coach and the Driver/Executor of Psycho-Educational Clinics.
I am committed to helping others overcome their hurts, habits and hang-ups.
I am focused and deeply concerned with mental hygiene, and moral issues that continue to plague our culture, community, the church and society as a whole.
In my studies and practice, I utilize and blend a number of clinical therapeutic modalities and techniques that maximizes the healing process ensuring therapeutic success and wholeness. I hold a BA in Business, AA in Biblical Studies, BS in Christian Counseling as well as actively pursing my MS as a Professional Counselor. At the same time, I am studying for my licensing from GACA as a Certified Addiction Counselor. My aim and final educational goal is the Doctorate in Professional Counseling.
Our psycho-educational clinics are personalized, safe, informative therapeutic, topical and highly effective. We cover the nine domains that shape personality. We look at and stop generational patterns.
I teach you how to rewire the brain, how to relieve stress and anxiety. I teach you techniques, and strategies to triumph over addictions. In our clinics we unlock the mystery and unleash the power of the subconscious mind; control negative thinking that will jump-start your esteem and increase your power to succeed.
